1. Zero AI Model Training on Customer Contracts

Commercial subcontracts and purchase orders contain sensitive pricing, scope, and counterparty information. Plowshare Solutions LLC never uses your uploaded PDFs, contract text, or custom Risk Profile playbooks to train, fine-tune, or improve public or third-party AI models.

2. Ephemeral 7-Day Auto-Purge & Instant One-Click Deletion

Uploaded source PDFs and generated redline PDFs are stored in isolated per-job directories. All contract files are automatically and permanently deleted seven (7) days after upload. You can also permanently delete your contract files at any time by clicking "Delete My Contract Now" on your review page.

3. Information We Collect

• Account & Delivery Information: Your work email address and company name (used to deliver access links, verification codes, and populate the signature block on your Contract Rider).
• Saved Risk Profiles: If you sign in and save a company playbook, we store your commercial preferences so you can reuse them on future contracts.
• Payment Processing: All credit card and ACH payments are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Plowshare Solutions LLC never receives or stores your payment card details.
